02 — The weight
A metal core sits in a pocket between two skins. The standard core takes a chip from about 5 g to about 10.3 g. The skin on each side is at least 0.6 mm, so the metal stays sealed in.

05 — Made one plate at a time
Every set is printed to order on our own printer, by one person, from your file.
01
You choose the face, the rim, the colours and the core. The designer checks every wall against what the printer can make before you can order.
02
A Bambu Lab P2S builds the chips from the bottom up in 0.2 mm layers, with up to three colours in each chip.

03
The printer pauses with the pocket open. The metal disc is placed by hand and the print resumes, closing the skin over it.

04
Each set is checked and packed by hand before it ships. Expect 0.2 mm layer lines on the rim and sizes within ±0.3 mm.
