09 — Legal
EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. This right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Every set is printed to order from your design or from a preset. For that reason the withdrawal right does not apply to our goods. Please check the design before you pay.
Defective goods are covered. A defect is a flaw that was there when the goods were delivered, for example a chip that is warped, has a missing inlay, or does not match the design you ordered.
The statutory warranty applies, and in the EU it lasts two years from delivery. You can ask for repair or replacement and, where the law provides, a price reduction or a refund.
Visible 0.2 mm layer lines, sizes within ±0.3 mm, and normal wear from play are not defects. Damage from heat above 50 °C or from a dishwasher is not covered either.
Write to us with your order number and photos of the problem. We reply with what happens next. If we ask you to send the goods back, we tell you how.
Damage in transit counts as a defect on delivery. Send photos of the chips and of the packaging, and we will put it right.
A refund goes back to the payment method you used. The time it takes depends on your bank or card issuer.
