Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on this site. The operator is named in the imprint. Orders are accepted from consumers and from businesses.

Every set is printed to the design you configure or the preset you choose. Please check size, colours, core and any text or logo before you pay. We print what the order shows.

The shop displays the goods as an offer. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email after payment succeeds. We may decline an order, for example if a design cannot be printed, and refund any payment made.

Prices include VAT and are shown in the currency you select. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order, through Stripe, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link or another method offered at checkout.

The estimated ship date is shown before you pay and in the confirmation. It is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery details are on the shipping page.

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Every set is made this way. The returns page explains this and the rights you keep.

The statutory warranty applies. For defects that existed at delivery you can ask for repair or replacement and, where the law provides, a price reduction or refund. In the EU the period is two years from delivery.

You keep the rights to what you upload. By uploading a logo or text you confirm that you hold the rights to it and that it does not infringe anyone else's. We may refuse or remove content that does.

If you make a design public, you allow us to display it on the site and to print it for other customers who order it. You can make it private again at any time. Orders already placed are not affected.

We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where the law does not allow a limit. Otherwise our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence is not affected.

The chips are small objects and not toys. Keep them away from children under three years. Do not expose them to heat above 50 °C.

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live continue to apply.

We may change these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
