Austria, Hungary and the rest of the EU, plus the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. Outside these countries we cannot ship at the moment.

Shipping is priced by destination. You see the amount in the bag and at checkout before you pay. Orders above a set value ship free. That value is shown in the bag.

Every set is printed after you order. The estimated ship date and the delivery window are shown before you pay and in your confirmation. They count production and queue time, a check and packing, then carrier transit.

A rush option shortens production time. Its surcharge is shown in the bag.

When a set ships you receive the carrier and tracking number by email. Each order has a status page. A tracking link can be shared and opens without signing in.

Within the EU there are none. For the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country. They are the buyer's responsibility.

If a parcel arrives damaged, write to us with photos of the chips and the packaging. If it has not arrived by the end of the delivery window, write to us and we will contact the carrier.
